Quality is the foundation of every activity at AV Engineering. Our Quality function is driven by a team of experienced quality engineers who combine strong engineering knowledge with proven process and product control capabilities to consistently transform customer requirements into superior, reliable products. Quality is embedded into our culture and practiced across all stages of manufacturing, from incoming material inspection to final dispatch.

We follow a structured quality planning and assurance framework aligned with customer drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. Incoming raw materials are inspected to ensure compliance with defined technical requirements before being released for production. Throughout the manufacturing process, in-process inspections and monitoring are carried out at critical stages to maintain dimensional accuracy, functional performance, and consistency. Final inspection and validation ensure that only conforming products reach our customers.

AV Engineering places strong emphasis on process documentation, traceability, and control, enabling effective root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Quality records, inspection reports, and corrective action systems are maintained to support transparency and audit readiness. For traded and sourced components, we implement supplier quality assurance practices, ensuring that all externally procured items meet our quality expectations and customer standards.

Our quality team works closely with the Tool Room and Press Shop to support new product development, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preventive and corrective actions are systematically implemented to minimize variation, reduce defects, and improve overall process capability. We also follow workplace excellence practices such as 5S implementation, visual controls, and regular quality reviews.

AV Engineering is committed to strengthening its quality management systems in line with international standards, and our journey toward ISO and IATF certification is currently in progress. Through disciplined quality practices, skilled manpower, and a customer-centric approach, we ensure consistent product performance, reliable delivery, and long-term customer satisfaction.
